At Mairé, we want you to genuinely love what you receive. Because the majority of our items are made-to-order or fulfilled through specialty production partners, we ask that customers review all order details carefully before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently accept returns or exchanges only for:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Because most products are made specifically for your order, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

Minor color variation due to screen settings

Delayed shipping caused by carriers

Worn, washed, or used items
Please check sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Issues
Mairé is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Carrier delays outside of our control

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
